President – Jim Tweed has been a full-time resident of
Curt Gronert (1st Vice President) Curt and his wife Linda have owned their home in OC since 1996, spending most weekends here from April through November. Upon their retirement, they moved to OC permanently in Spring 2007, from their long-time home in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County, PA. Curt was raised in, and in due course took ownership of, a family-owned steel fabricating business. He was elected as a township supervisor, and eventually became the full-time township administrator handling planning, zoning, engineering, and economic development issues. For four years prior to retirement, Curt worked with Pennsylvania's Department of Economic Development in consulting for local businesses in S.E. PA. He is also actively involved in the Exchange Club of Ocean City, and as an usher at the OC Tabernacle.
Andrew Fasy (2nd Vice President) Drew is a 20+-year resident of Ocean City and a small business owner in a neighboring community. He is a West Chester University graduate, class of 1985.Drew and his family (wife Kristen, a first-grade teacher, and son Aidan) love living in Ocean City and are proud to be a part of this wonderful community. Drew is the current Chairman of the Ocean City Advisory Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, and is a member of the Ocean City Council's Committee on Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety.
John Van Stone (Treasurer) and his wife Diane, the parents of two daughters, have been Ocean City seasonal residents since 1991 and constant visitors since childhood. In 2008, they were pleased to make Ocean City their year-round home joining organizations like the Colony Club, Exchange Club, Knights of Columbus and the OC Community Association. Born and raised in Philadelphia, John graduated from Temple University and began his career as a CPA with KPMG. John then spent nearly 30 years serving in various executive leadership positions for SmithKline (GSK), Pfizer, and Johnson and Johnson. John is currently active in Ocean City real estate with Berger Realty as well as supply chain consulting.
Teresa Coggshall (Recording Secretary) is very proud to serve on the board of the Ocean City Community Association. Teresa has lived in the south end of the island for over twenty years and is very active in working towards the preservation of
The mission of the Archives Committee is to preserve the history of our organization. The mission of the Planning & Zoning Committee is to: 1) monitor Ocean City Zoning Ordinances and their consequences to our community; 2) educate our members and the public of changes and effects; 3) advocate rules which maintain the characteristics of existing neighborhoods in Ocean City by establishing zoning standards that encourage compatible buildings rather than community-changing development.

Archives – Paul Anselm
The goal of the Community Association's Bicycle Advocacy Committee is to promote biking as an environmentally responsible and healthy means of transportation. We believe advocating bike infrastructure and safety will improve the general welfare, health, and environment of the community. We advocate biking as a solution to growing health concerns, environmental concerns, and local traffic congestion and parking problems. Biking is a "green" mode of transportation, with the benefit of being a healthy mode of travel.
Historical Preservation – Betty Ralston
The mission of the Historical Preservation Committee is to support actions which preserve the history of Ocean City.
Membership –
The mission of the Education Committee is to promote civic interest and responsibility among young residents of Ocean City; keep OCCA members informed of current events, issues and facts which affect Ocean City.

The goal of the website committee is to keep the members of the Community Association and visitors to our site aware of important information in a timely manner, to provide an avenue for open communication, and to provide links to the other aspects of living in our community.
